Innermission is an intentional community experience created to help you pause, reconnect, and care for your inner self through rest, play, conversation, creativity, and healing. This is a space to breathe, connect, laugh, release, and simply be.
Join us for a day centered around community care and inner healing featuring:

🧡 Sensory and grounding experiences with Indy Thirdspace Collective
