During our session, you will experience a 40-minute ecstatic dance. This form of dance is a free-flowing expression of your inner self, allowing you to move your body naturally and authentically. It helps release stagnant energy and brings joy, liberation, and connection to your body and the present moment.

After the dance, we will transition into a soundscape session. You will be immersed in a carefully curated playlist designed to activate the electricity and magnetism within your body. This playlist will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing, creating a unique waking dream state experience.

Through intuitive touch, energetic dialogue, and musical instruments and sound bowls, we will deepen your connection to your energy and facilitate a profound healing experience.

The soundscape will last approximately one hour, giving you ample time to immerse yourself in the transformative power of the music entirely. Combining different sounds, rhythms, and frequencies will work harmoniously to create a deeply immersive and healing environment.
