InnerDance is a deeply immersive experience that invites you into a space of surrender, allowing your body, mind, and energy to move in the way it naturally wants to.
This is not a guided movement class or yoga practice. You will be lying down, eyes closed, as music and sound guide you into a waking dream-like state where the body can release, unwind, and open.
Each session is unique.
Participants often experience emotional release, energetic movement, visions, deep stillness, connection with guides, or a sense of returning back home to themselves. There is no expectation and nothing you need to do — simply arrive and allow.
At the beginning of our time together, the Akashic Records will be opened for the group, supporting a deeper connection to your soul, your guides, and what is ready to move or be received.
This particular session carries the energy of integration and embodiment — a space to anchor in what has been opening within you and gently step forward into the next version of yourself.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected, or with a deeper sense of inner knowing.
