The innerdance is a healing sound journey experience where we begin lying down and are invited to drop into Trust and surrender. Using a powerfully crafted playlist, and supported by intuitive touch, instruments and sounding, we are taken on a transformative journey to our authentic self. The singing bowls will add their layers of depth and vibration, as we discover ourselves as greater Consciousness.
You are invited to come open-minded, ready to explore and flow with whatever may arise in this expansive conversation with body, heart and spirit.
