Kundalini Energy Activation combines elements of energy healing, meditation, and shamanic practices. Rooted in the belief that each of us carries innate wisdom and healing ability, the practice encourages intuitive self-healing as the energy flows and expands.
During the session, you'll lie down or sit comfortably, entering a meditative state facilitated by music and Elizabeth's gentle guidance. In this relaxed state, participants are invited to let go of the conscious mind, allowing intuition and inner guidance to take the lead.
As a skilled Energy Therapist, Elizabeth creates a safe, sacred space, channeling healing energy to release energetic blocks and bring calm to the nervous system. She surrounds the group in a protective dome of light, holding a peaceful and supportive environment for each participant’s journey.
Each session’s soundscape is unique, co-created in the moment to resonate with your energy. With deep listening, the music becomes a companion to your inner journey, touching the core of your being and transporting you to profound, otherworldly dimensions.
Please dress comfortably; yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided in-studio for a cozy experience. Feel free to bring any additional comfort items you prefer. A light snack or small meal beforehand is recommended for optimal comfort.
