InnerDance: Inner Remembering
This is a guided InnerDance energy journey designed to bring you into deep awareness, nervous system softening, and energetic release — through sound, frequency, and intuitive facilitation.
Inner Remembering is an experience of returning to the truth of who you are underneath conditioning, noise, expectations, and the versions of you that were shaped by survival.
As the body relaxes, the subconscious opens. The energy begins to move. And what rises is not something new — but what has always been there.
In this session, we explore remembrance — of your inner wisdom, your inherent wholeness, your natural connection to the field around you.
InnerDance with Elizabeth is a space to unwind the mind, soften the body, and reconnect back into the deeper layers of Self.
We are limited to 10 participants to preserve the intimacy and energetic coherence of the group.
Yoga mats are provided — please bring pillows, blankets, bolsters, or anything that helps you feel fully supported while lying down.
Wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to relax, receive, and remember.
About Elizabeth:
Elizabeth Somatra is an intuitive energy practitioner, Akashic Records channel, and InnerDance facilitator who supports others in reconnecting with their inner truth and natural energetic state of wholeness. Through a blend of intuitive guidance, sound-based energy work, and soul-level insight, she holds a grounded yet sacred space for release, regulation, clarity, and deep remembering. Her work is heart-centered, trauma-aware, and focused on helping individuals return to themselves in a way that feels safe, embodied, and deeply aligned.
