The Innerdance is a music-based, meditative, healing journey. It involves the use of special soundscapes that mimic circadian rhythms and enable people to move effortlessly between different brain wave states. As a result, people experience an expanded sense of awareness and altered states of consciousness that support conditions for self-healing, as old paradigms change and new ways of being emerge.
In this space of unlimited possibilities, very profound and mystical things can happen. Common ‘movements’ in the Innerdance include drug-free psychedelic experiences, past life regressions, circadian rhythms, near-death experiences, kundalini activations, and womb/birth memories.

Linda Fernandez is an intuitive Innerdance Facilitator and Hypnotherapist specializing in empowering clients to embrace joy, wisdom, and magic throughout all phases of their lives. Through the use of music, modern hypnotherapy, and sacred ceremony, she teaches her clients how to step into their power and change their lives. Clients learn to open their hearts, rewire their brains, re-pattern behaviors and unlock self-healing and potential.
Before becoming a Hypnotherapist, Linda worked for many years as a clinical sexologist. Her work specialized in sex therapy, including helping clients awaken their sensuality, reignite sexual passion, and reclaim their sex lives. Linda also studied and apprenticed on the shamanic path as a medicine woman. She weaves these skills into her current role helping clients through their journey in life.
