How to Prepare and What to bring
Arrive hydrated with an open mind and comfortable clothing. If you have your own please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and journal if desired, or if not we will provide.
Avoid eating heavily before the event 🍏🍎 and ideally no coffee 🚫☕ or other stimulants for the 3 hours prior

Your facilitator
James is a 200hr certified Ashatanga yoga teacher who quit his corporate job in 2011 and travelled extensively through South America, Europe, India and Asia for over two and a half years. He was introduced to Innerdance by a friend in the Philippines in 2014. There he completed his first Innerdance Energy School with Pi Villarazza the founder of Innerdance. This had a transformative effect on his life opening up his understanding of energy work and self healing. He completed a second Innerdance Energy School with Pi in 2017 and has been holding space for private and group Innerdance sessions in Perth since 2019. In 2020 James completed Usui Reiki - Level 1 training with Aroca. James looks forward to sharing the practice of Innerdance with you.

By participating in Innerdance sessions, I voluntarily waive any claims against the organisers, facilitators, or venue for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the sessions. I understand that Innerdance involves movement, meditation, and deep introspection, and I take full responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the experience.
I acknowledge that the organisers and facilitators are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes arising from my participation, including but not limited to physical strain, emotional release, or psychological discomfort. I agree to follow the guidelines provided by the facilitators and to respect the boundaries of myself and others in the session.
