You will be held in ceremony, accompanied by the power of Breathwork and the spirit of Blue Lotus, a plant used in Egyptian temples that is known to quiet the mind and open the door to the unseen.
This is a space to lie back, let go, and let the energy work through you; to come back to your deepest truths, and remember who you are.

When you allow your energy current to flow, it can alchemise what is ready to shift. You may notice stagnant patterns changing, the release of held emotions, and the revelation of forgotten parts of yourself. This is an experience that can bring you back to the simple truth of being alive, connected and whole.
