Inner Temple is a unique journey to tend to our inner sacred space. It's a healing experience led by Ana Martinez where sound, meditation, and movement come together to invoke/inspire deep relaxation and presence. Bringing us back to our Inner Temple.This journey will feature a relaxing sound bath, guided meditation, and somatic movement along with hands on healing to ground and center you in peace and serenity.
This class is for EVERYbody. No experience required.
