Taking time to find stillness in a busy day or week is an important skill. Inner Space offers guided meditation and space for quiet reflection in a calm, welcoming environment. No experience necessary. Bring a mat, blankets, bolster or camp chairs and cushions. Even a journal to record what you notice during the time.
• A blanket, yoga mat, small rug or beach towel are required.
• Classes may be cancelled due to stormy or unhealthy weather.
• Investment: $10/child (Adult free) $15/adult. $85/month subscription
