Inner Sanctuary: An Immersive & Healing Sound Journey

We are excited to have you for this immersive sound journey experience on Friday, October 24th, 6:30PM - 8:00PM, to more deeply connect with ourselves and others.

As the harvest season draws to a close and the natural world begins its quiet descent inward, we, too, are invited to slow down.

Rooted in the spirit of release and reflection, this sound experience falls within a liminal time. This is a sacred threshold between seasons, an invitation to let go, honoring what feels complete, and returning to stillness.

Join us for an inner sound journey, combining light breath work, vocal toning and a rich soundscape of ancient Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, melodic chimes, and most importantly, restorative silence.

This experience is designed to soothe the nervous system, clear energetic stagnation, and guide you into deep rest and renewal.

We invite you to arrive a few minutes early when doors open at 6:15PM to get settled in so that we can start the experience promptly at 6:30PM. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close at 6:30PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 7:45PM - 8:00PM: Closing Circle & Integration
