Inner Sanctuary | A Body Movement & Sound Journey

Why: You deserve a safe space for self-care and ongoing healing, where you can honor yourself, nurture your well-being, and continue your personal journey.

Time will stand still during this 2.5 hour gathering. Begin your evening with organic tea to relax the nervous system, as the room settles into a gentle, inviting space. We gather in a warm, supportive circle where every voice is welcomed and respected. Light snacks available.
Amanda, our beautiful instructor, will guide an all-levels yoga practice designed to connect you with your body, nurture presence, and honor where you are in this moment. Whether you choose to sit, stand, or simply observe, you are exactly where you need to be. Amanda will gently support each person to connect with the inner self, promoting ease, breath, and mindful movements.
After the practice, we invite you to lie down for a beautiful sound ceremony. Guided by Serenity with the intention to soothe, restore, and listen inward, this sacred sound journey helps release tension and invites spacious calm into the body and mind.
Following the sound, we come together in a safe space for a community circle. Here you can share, listen, and release what no longer serves you, embracing a sense of support, connection, and compassion.
We will close with a final circle to honor our shared space and intentions, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace. Leaving with a gift to take home.
All levels are welcome. Show up as you are – relaxed, curious, and ready to connect with your body, your breath, and your inner self. We look forward to sharing this peaceful, welcoming evening with you.
