For this grounded listening experience, audience are invited to lie down or sit down on yoga mats and journey with Silentrio x DJ Forte in a gently guided 45-minute relaxation and rest.
This event is FREE, in return we ask for participants to give us feedback on the experience, through our post-concert survey.

Through participating, you consent to our video and audio recording which will be used for promotional purposes.

Here's what you need to know

• Music - We will perform a mix of soundscapes, improvisations and pre-composed pieces from the Classical repertoire. It is still a listening experience, just not a traditional concert format.
• Sit or lie down - You may sit on the floor or lie down on the yoga mats for the experience. You are most welcome to close your eyes to rest and fall asleep.
• Towel or Mat - Yoga mats will be provided, but you may wish to bring a towel to lay over the mat for hygiene purposes, or bring your own mat
• Attire - Anything comfortable to lie down or sit on the floor on it.
• Physical Activity - No physical activity involved. (apart from climbing the stairs to get to the studio).
• Experience - None required. Just come with an open mind and heart!
• Intermission - No intermission. Listening experience will last about 45min.
• Post-concert Refreshments - water, herbal tea and biscuits. Stay after for a chance to meet the performers and fellow participants.
