Experience an inner reset afternoon retreat to bring harmony and healing through the delicate nervous system. A restful and restorative practice to leave you feeling warm and nourished from within.

Join Rachel and Jo to experience an inner reset to cradle yourself with warmth and nourishment this winter. We will be sharing an afternoon of blissful restorative yoga with calming breathwork to ease busy minds and frayed nerves. Followed by a sublime crystalline sound healing experience to allow for a surrender as we journey with the ethereal tones of the singing bowls.

We will finish our restorative afternoon by sharing a steaming chai tea together with orange and chocolate treats.

Our afternoon retreat will be held at the warm and welcoming Henley Yoga Studio
