Step into a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation with our **Sound Bath & Breathwork Experience**. This immersive event combines the soothing power of sound vibrations with intentional breathwork to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner connection.
During the session, you’ll be surrounded by the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and many other therapeutic instruments, all designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Paired with guided breathwork techniques, you'll release stress, enhance mindfulness, and unlock your natural capacity for healing and balance.
No prior experience is necessary—this event is open to anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a deeper connection to themselves.
**What to Expect:**
- A welcoming and peaceful space for personal exploration.
- Guided breathwork exercises to calm your mind and activate your body’s energy flow.
- A restorative sound bath to melt away tension and leave you feeling refreshed.
**What to Bring:**
- Comfortable clothing.
- A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort during the session.
We will begin with a brief Breathwork practice to prepare ourselves for the healing frequencies of the instruments. The session will include Crystal Sound Bowls, native drums, rainsticks, thunder drums, ocean drums, gongs, handpans, and various percussion instruments.
**Important Notes:**
- Please arrive early. Space is limited, so pre-registration is highly encouraged.
- If you are prone to seizures or have epilepsy, **please do not participate in the breathwork practice** (you are still welcome to enjoy the sound bath).
- If you have a pacemaker or insulin pump, **do not attend the sound bath unless you are at the very back of the room**. We are **not responsible for any damage to devices** or other effects caused by the frequencies.
**Cost:**
$20 suggested donation. Pay more to support the cause if you can, or less if needed—no one will be turned away.
