Join Luke & I as we focus on our inner & outer ecosystem, fostering connection to what lives within and all around.

In this group, we will foster connection to our inner ecosystem by being out in nature. Noticing and tending to our inner landscape while engaging with the outer landscape. Using yoga, mindfulness, mediation and personal reflection, we will tend to our mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing while outside on beautiful Leadbetter Beach.

We will use silent disco headphones for an immersive, natural experience.

Please bring a towel or blanket and warm, comfortable clothing.
