A circle devoted to grounding into your strength while allowing yourself to grow. We’ll explore what it means to feel steady, supported, and safe enough to rise into the next version of you.
Led by Kari Mysker, The Inner Light Women’s Circle is a gathering designed to help guide you out of your comfort zone gently and into your higher self, show up authentically, and connect with yourself and others on a deeper level, without judgement.
Each session blends grounding practices (meditation, breathwork, somatic practices), journaling or an oracle card pull, and open-hearted sharing. Some circles also weave in themes, rituals, or creative expression to nurture self-discovery and soul connection.
