A 3 part Embodied Dance series
In this transformative 3-part series, we invite you to explore the deep and personal journey of grief through the healing power of movement. "Inner Journeys: Moving Through Grief" blends embodied movement and dance with emotional exploration, creating a safe space to process, release, and honor your grief in a supportive community.
Grief is not just an emotional experience; it is also physical, and movement offers a potent way to reconnect with your body, your feelings, and your story. Each session in this series is intentionally designed to guide and support you through different stages of grief, using creative dance and mindful movement practices to connect with your inner self and cultivate resiliency.
This is an trauma informed experiential series, giving space and time to move at your own pace and connecting to what feels true for you. There are no expectations—only an invitation to express and release, to feel and heal.
This series is for anyone who has experienced loss, whether recent or in the past, and is looking for a compassionate way to move through the grieving process. No prior dance experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
