Introducing: Inner Journey to Freedom - A New Monthly Workshop at Nine Springs Clinic with Dr Rani BoraWe’re delighted to introduce a new offering at Nine Springs Clinic that we believe will deeply support the wellbeing of our community. Starting this month, Dr Rani Bora, holistic psychiatrist, coach, international speaker and author, will lead a monthly in-person workshop exploring a simple yet profound understanding of the human mind and how to live from a place of love, joy, and inner freedom.
The series, Inner Journey to Freedom: Becoming Aligned & Free, is rooted in the Three Principles understanding (what Rani calls Mental Wealth). This paradigm points to our innate health and resilience and offers a fresh, hopeful perspective on stress, overwhelm, and navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, feeling overwhelmed, facing difficulties in any area of life, or searching for new meaning and direction, this workshop may offer exactly the grounding and clarity you need this winter and into 2026.
