Inner Journey Sound Bath (60 Minutes)
A Deeply Restorative Sound Meditation Experience
Immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing 60-minute Inner Journey Sound Bath, a meditative experience designed to guide you inward through a symphony of healing sound vibrations. This session combines the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a rich, multi-layered soundscape that gently supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment.
As you lie comfortably in stillness, each instrument works to recalibrate your nervous system and invite the body into a state of profound rest. Crystal bowls emit pure, high-frequency tones that align with the energy centers of the body, promoting balance and clarity. The grounding hum of Himalayan bowls soothes the mind and relaxes the body. Gongs introduce powerful, wave-like vibrations that can break through energetic blockages, while the soft tinkle of chimes adds a light, ethereal quality that enhances the meditative atmosphere.

All participants will have available to them a yoga mat (or chair), bolster, blanket and eye pillow; however you may bring with you anything extra you would like for your comfort.
