Inner Journey is a one-day immersive experience designed to guide you back to balance, intuition, and a more holistic way of living.

This nourishing day includes gentle yoga, meditation, alkaline lifestyle education, somatic release, grounding practices, Ahi cupping therapy, a nourishing alkaline lunch, and a heartfelt closing with messages from loved ones in spirit. We’ll also share together in a supportive group reflection space.
This is the first chapter of a powerful three-part journey, laying the foundation for deeper clarity, alignment, and self-connection.
