Inner Journey Meditation w/ Barbara

Join Barbara for an inner journey meditation where you are fully supported to dive into your heart to receive messages from your higher self. Barbara believes that our truest wisdom and guidance come from within our own self. Space will be set with the use of palo santo or sage, essential oils, sound frequencies and crystal magic.
This meditation is for all whether you are just beginning your meditation journey or are seasoned meditators. The one-hour time will be honored so you can keep to your schedule.
We have a tea and coffee area if you desire this and you are welcome to bring your own water or drink. Mats and back jacks with pillow and blanket are provided. Please bring your journal to write down your inner messages. There is a $20 energy exchange unless you have a membership. This event will be free for you if this is your first time at Saha.
