Inner Journey Meditation

Join Barbara Tuesday Mornings at 9am for an inner journey meditation where you are fully supported to dive into your heart to receive messages from your higher self. Barbara believes that our truest wisdom and guidance comes from within our own self. Space will be set with the use of palo santo or sage, essential oils, sound frequencies and crystal magic. This meditation is for all whether you are just beginning your meditation journey or are seasoned meditators. The one hour time will be honored so you can keep to your schedule. We have a hot drink bar if you desire something warm and you are welcome to bring your own water or drink. Mats and backjacks with pillow and blanket are provided. Please bring your journal to write down your inner messages. A $20 energy exchange is requested.
