We project our highest traits onto others, often leaving our own magic locked away. This 90-minute evening intensive blends community connection, free-form interpretive movement, and subconscious journeying to unlock your hidden "gold."

• Somatic Release: Shake off social expectations with an uplifting mini-dance party and fluid interpretive movement.
• The Shamanic Journey: Experience an exclusive inner gold meditation designed by Safira Vinci, the Millennial Matriarch, featuring an immersive atmospheric soundscape created by Jerry Vinci of Elemental Melodies.
• A Channeled Blessing: Every attendee will have the beautiful opportunity to receive a directly channeled message from Safira Vinci, The Millennial Matriarc, during the evening.
• Medicine Sealing Ritual: Anchor your transformation by creating a custom golden egg packed with personalized trinkets and symbolism to celebrate a future milestone.
• A Living Reminder: We will apply beautiful temporary gold tattoos representing personal evolution & transformation. Lasting for several weeks, this sensory anchor serves as a visible reminder on your hand to marinate in your newly reclaimed medicine every single day.

• 5:50 PM: Doors Open & Warm Welcome (Check-in hosted by the Ebb & Flow team).
• 6:00 PM – 6:20 PM: Circle Time & Social Hour (Connecting with the community and exploring the anatomy of shadow work).
• 6:20 PM – 7:00 PM: Sound & Spirit (Our exclusive Shamanic Golden Shadow meditation journey).
• 7:00 PM – 7:20 PM: Self-Love & Affirmation Ritual (Packing your golden talisman egg and applying your transformation body art).
• 7:20 PM – 7:30 PM: Sacred Farewell & Grounding Integration.

🎒 What to Bring

We will be gathering and sitting on the floor. Please bring whatever makes you feel the most physically comfortable and secure:

• A yoga mat or floor cushion
• A cozy blanket or layers for the meditation journey
• A journal and writing utensil
• A water bottle
• A blindfold or eye mask (optional, if you prefer deep visual stillness.)
