In this specific workshop, we focus on the Dynamics of Power, working intensely with the elements of Fire and Water:

INDICATIONS

To ensure you have the most transformative experience possible, please follow these guidelines:

• Clothing: Wear comfortable, flexible attire (leggings or yoga pants). Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing.
• What to Bring: We provide mats and blankets. Please bring an eye mask, a notebook/pen for reflections, and a water bottle.
• Diet: To maximize the energy work, avoid eating for 2 hours before the session. Please refrain from alcohol the day before and after.
• Intention: Take a moment before you arrive to think of something you wish to release or invite into your life.
• Aftercare: If possible, keep your evening light and unstructured to allow the experience to settle.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

This session is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, mania, delusions/psychoses, serious heart conditions, or medical implants/metal parts. If you are pregnant, please consult with the facilitator before booking.
