As the brain waves begin to slow into deeper meditative states and the mind chatter subsides there is a space that emerges. A space for your soul self to be heard . A space for your authentic self, your truest desires and needs to arise and be witnessed. A slow space for observing and a wild space for unbinding. In this session you do nothing but receive. Receive the sounds and frequencies, the rhythms and the beats. You lie down and open. You let the body talk or be silently held. The movements come from within, the language is of somatic awareness, of pulse, vibration, expansion and contraction. The dance is the dancer as the dancer is the dance. It’s uniquely yours to discover and re-member. It’s ancients stories and ancestral bones swaying through the membranes, rocking and shaking you awake to your wholeness. Let the earth and universe hold you and erupt through you in natural replenishing ways. Come feel the vibes. All you are is welcome here.
