Inner Critic to Inner Compassion

Balance & Flow is a therapeutic workshop experience, faciitated by Courtney Broughton, RYT-200 and Regina Buchanan, LPC-S, that integrates mental health principles with yoga and somatic practices to support whole-person healing.

In this session, we focus on the inner critic and self-compassion. Many of us move through life with a harsh internal voice or without ever learning how to be kind to ourselves. This workshop creates space to understand where that voice comes from and, more importantly, how to begin shifting it.

Participants will be guided through both reflective and embodied practices designed to increase awareness, reduce self-judgment, and build a more compassionate relationship with self. This is not just about insight, but about learning how to practice compassion in real time.

You will leave with practical tools you can integrate into your daily life to support greater emotional balance, clarity, and ease.
