These events offer a soft place to land; like nothing you’ve experienced before. Enjoy 1 hour of relaxation (30 minutes in restful savasana) and find groundedness + clarity through a dive into the subconscious.
Together we’ll practice grounding rituals, reflection, a transformative visualization, and the opportunity to show up exactly as you are; no masks, pretending, or performing necessary.
Through the powerful visualization, you’ll discover hidden truths that have been keeping your stuck, all while being wrapped in safety + comfort.
We'll move through an introduction (card pulls, grounding techniques, reflection), a short grounding meditation (body scan and vipassana), 30 minute restful savasana (with guided inner child visualization), 5 minute grounding meditation, and brief closing circle.
