Inner child and Shadow work
Is the most intimate relationship created between you and all versions of you to reconnect your heart to an ever evolving state of love and safety within self.
This workshop is designed to assist you in tools to bring awareness to the subconscious and unconscious mind along with the structures within your field of energy to identify holding patterns, beliefs and trauma.
There is NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL TRAUMA… Everyone carries these patterns and everyone is running the program of survival no matter the size of said experience.
Awareness is power and as you identify you regain power within and choose to make change moving forward.
What to expect during this workshop:
✨ Mindful grounding to set the space for intentional healing and perspective shifts for more awareness around our own wounds.
✨ Breath work designed to connect our mind body and spirit into a state of awareness and change.
✨ Setting up safety with mind body connection
✨ Speaking the language of the body and body confirmation
Speaking to and working with ego structures.
✨ Learning root causes of trauma including childhood, pre-teen and generational trauma carried down. All timelines beyond this life experience can also be root causes to issues in this life.
*Take home tips for integration
❣️Using tangible physical object recognition to assist in emotional releasing
❣️Shadow/inner Child recognition based on frequent holding patterns in the quantum field.
❣️Grounding techniques and changes to current techniques that aren’t keeping you as present as it could.
❣️Body recognition and confirmation set up prior to departure for successful reliance at home for own Discovery.
❣️Color theory and Polarity handout.
Integration will differ based on individual experiences as a base line at minimum 3 days grace period where body leads you and not the survival mind.
Please drink lots of water and rest as much as body expresses need for it.
Limit phone activity and immerse in tangible activities during this process.
