In this journey Miguel Solari will guide us to deeper levels of consciousness through the powerful combination of Yoga Nidra. Accompanied by soothing harmonies of sound healing instruments Yvonne will be sharing, you’ll be guided to access subconscious states with guided visualization that facilitates inner child healing.We will share shamanic & yogic techniques to clear, balance and restore our energies that support a deep state of meditation & relaxation. The sounds of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Euphic Array, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoos will also help us to experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility.
Yoga Nidra is a ‘yogic sleep’ practice guided in savanna pose in order to bring the body and mind to the edge of sleep while remaining fully awake, and into a profound restorative state. Using verbal guidance to navigate the attention, you’ll experience various layers of your inner terrain while in a fully conscious dream-like state, creating the fertile conditions to plant your “Sankalpa,” the seeds for personal transformation. Yoga Nidra and sound therapies are naturally complementing modalities.
The culmination of these healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to flow with transformation & change. Come to Heal, be supported and held in our sacred and safe space.

I am an intuitive coach, yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and sound healer. I founded MPower Wellness Inc. to share ancient wisdom and practices rooted in yogic, shamanic & indigenous energy healing modalities. These practices work to strengthen, align and balance our mind, body, and spirit so that we can face life’s challenges with fortitude and resilience. Bio for Event Co-host Miguel Solari
Miguel Solari is a Yoga Nidra teacher at the Center. He was born on the solstice into an esoteric yoga lineage in Lima Peru but it wasn’t until 2003 when he received his first 200hr YTT certificate at the Yoga Training Centre in Varanasi, India. He acquired a traditional Hatha Yoga foundation based on spiritual principles that set the stage for everything else. He went on to complete vipassana training, received kriyas, and completed several pilgrimages in Southern India which led him to cultivate a steady meditation practice. He entered the native Red Road ways in 2009, and committed years to various altars and elders, learned to work with plants and eventually became a fire ceremonialist. In 2019 he received his second 200hr YTT from Shivakali Yoga in Bali where he deepened his knowledge of Vinyasa, the yogic sciences, and tantric philosophies. It was here where he discovered the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra which encompassed everything he’s ever learned and applied. A new inner light is shining and he is here to share the transformative gifts of this practice with everyone.
