Inner Child Healing Day Retreat is -

• An evening devoted to the healing of sisterhood medicine and being witnessed and loveingly craddled by women who understand you.
• An evening devoted to pouring love into ourselves, rooting our visions and intentions right now, and for the new year ahead.
• An evening devoted to honouring our womanhood, remembering who we are by coming home to ourselves and reclaiming our needs... GUILT FREE.

Whats Involved -

Sisterhood Circle: A time to share and nest into the memories that are carried within your body from christmas times, and the oppotunity to share what is holding you back and forcing you into old patterns of survival and cycles of self abandonment that come with this time of year and blocking you from truely celebrating yourself.

Inner Child Meditation: A Meditation to connect to the little girl inside who may be expressing feelings of helplessness, emptiness, hopelessness, loneliness and has forgotten her playful and mystical nature who yearns to be celebrated and nurtured.

Intention Setting: Intention setting and creating deep rooted visions that may be needed right now to allow yourself to be activated and lit up moving into the new year. This is an honouring time to rewrite inner beliefs, create safe foundations for your self, and embody your inner creatress for your life in 2025.
