When you allow for this growth, you become attuned with your higher self and healing comes forth in love, empathy, and understanding. Through Inner Child art, individuals can explore and nurture their inner child, tapping into their imagination, curiosity, and sense of wonder. It provides a safe and expressive space for individuals to reconnect with their innermost emotions, memories, and desires.

It can help you experience peace, joy, unconditional love, and to live your life in harmony both inside and out by accessing your inner self or your core.

The facilitator Lucia Parga Navarro has 35 years of experience in aligning with your inner child, your higher self, and the conscious self. Lucia has a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science. Her classes are a wonderful experience full of deeper awareness, love, and understanding of oneself.
