In this workshop, we will connect to the energies of the Spirit Cycle, the fourth initiation, which is Inner Beloved. Here we integrate the dark and light. What we once deemed unworthy or unsafe to be, we now bring these parts home and learn to love it all. We recognize the gifts in the shadow bring about a holy union, a sacred marriage of the opposites.
We surrender and let go, trusting that change is a natural part of our growth and evolution. We connect with our inner beloved as we let go of what no longer serves us. The part of ourselves that loves us unconditionally.
This experiential workshop will use teachings, guided meditation, drumming, Shamanic Breathwork, art, and group process. Shadow is the 3rd in the series, yet each stands on its own and can be attended in whatever order works best for you.
SHIP is a transformational process that takes you deep into healing personal, lineage, and collective trauma and helps you release old patterns and unhealthy behaviors.
