This is the first of our Mens Monthly Circles that will continue on 1st Sunday of every month from November.
In our circle, we’ll explore:
- The traditional male and female archetypes.
- How to move beyond external labels to find your unique centre.
- Ways to express your full self in the world, in whatever form that takes.
Through breathwork techniques and the dynamics of a sharing circle, I’ll guide you to discover:
- Where the tension between these aspects resides in your body.
- How it feels to breathe into these spaces.
- The deep value of shared experiences within a community of other men.
