Retreat Schedule Details:
🕦 Our day begins promptly at 9:30 AM. Please arrive anytime between 8:45–9:15 AM to settle in.
🥗 If you would like to arrive before 8:30 AM, you’re welcome to enjoy breakfast in the Himalayan Institute dining hall.
🍴Our retreat will come to a close after a nourishing group dinner at 6:00 PM.
