• 11:30am à 1pm : Performances musicales de đàn tranh par Hanh Dung
• 12pm à 2pm : Atelier gratuit de dégustation de 21 thés grands crus
• 2pm à 3pm : Performances musicales de shamisen par MTL Shamisen Project
• 2:30pm à 3:00pm : Démonstration de Chanoyu
• 3:00pm : Démonstration de torréfaction de thé et dégustation gratuite par Maître Han Le
• 3:30pm à 5:30pm : Atelier gratuit de dégustation de 21 thés grands crus
