Inn Jokes last time was. A. Howl. Sold out and everyone was on fire. We have one more in the year. December 28th. Smack bang in the middle of the week where you swear you’ll get everything done but you end up with one half completed book and a lot of scrolling. Well by the Wednesday you’ll be keen to be out ANYWHERE.

So why not head down to Inn Jokes at the Patriots Inn for top class comedy and free light and heat .

There are still more acts to be announced but we already have a great line up of exciting acts.

Aidan Greene -in his own words!- is undoubtedly Ireland’s foremost stammering comedian. Since stuttering his way into comedy in 2010 he’s become a regular in comedy clubs across Ireland. Along with this he has become a regular at every major Irish comedy festival including the Vodafone Comedy Festival, Longitude, Indiependance and The Cat Laughs. He had a sold out run at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his show (500) Days of Stammer, a one man show about stammering and falling in love. The show was performed to acclaim in across the world. In 2018 he returned to the Fringe with another sell out show “Stutter Island”. In 2019 he returned with two sell out show “Eternal Sunshine of the Stammering Man” and “Did I Stutter”

As well as a comedian Aidan is also an accomplished storyteller. In 2016 he was runner up in the Moth Grand Slam in Dublin. (MCed by me!) His story The Early Days of Stammer was featured on the Moth Radio Hour and was broadcast on over 400 radio stations globally, to a listenership of over 30 million. He has been invited to speak on the top

And he’s fierce funny.

Richie Bree quietly becoming one of Ireland’s top comedians. Co.Down born Richie has quickly become a staple of the Irish comedy scene as the resident host of Cherry Comedy at Dublin’s iconic Whelan’s venue. Known for his Northern-humour and unique storytelling ability, Richie is a popular presence in comedy venues and festivals all over the country including the Vodafone Comedy Festival and Body & Soul. He went to Edinburgh for the semi-final of the UK's biggest and best comedy newcomer competition 'So You Think You're Funny?' and won the first ever 'Ireland's got Comedy Talent' competition in Ireland's premier comedy venue the Laughter Lounge. He has supported Ardal O'Hanlon (Father Ted), Milton Jones (Live @ The Apollo) and Ari Shaffir (Netflix/Comedy Central)

Making his debut at Inn Jokes is Emman Idama – an up and coming star you’ll be hearing a lot more of. Gigging all over the world, millions of views as part of the Try Channel family, he is one to watch. He was on Hot Press’s top comedians list for 2020 and 2021. He’s a regular guest with the global superstars F0il Arms and Hog. At their the Student Comedy Awards final in 2019, the UK’s top comedy website Chortle said he was “an effervescent source of energy, just the thing to keep the spirits up, warm, charming and thoroughly engaging performer”.
