Learn to inlay stone in your jewelry designs without the investment of expensive lapidary equipment! Join Julie Sanford in this 2-day technique driven workshop where you'll create a sleek, contemporary Cocktail Ring and use a palette of gemstone chips to add colorful inlay, using a new, easy system of hand finishing stone (no power tools needed!). Refine your fabrication skills, pick up a few bench tricks, and learn many new applications for using gemstone inlay in future studio work. No previous lapidary skills required.
This class is for students who have experience soldering.
Class will meet on Saturday, May 4 from 10am-5pm and Sunday, May 5 from 10am-1pm.
