Welcome to the Inland Empire Journal and Self-Care Community Workshop happening at Rouse Yoga & Holistic Corner on February 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM (Pacific Time).

Join us for an afternoon of self-care practices, journaling, and connection.

This workshop aims to provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and well-being. Come unwind, relax, and learn practical and quick self-care techniques to enhance your routine. We're all busy, right?

Our theme this month will be "Self-Love." Please feel free to wear pink or red if you like.

We'll wrap the afternoon up with a Reiki Infused Sound Bath, so if you have one, please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and a pillow to lay on.

If you already have a journal, please bring it.

Lunch and all supplies will be provided.

This location is located on the second floor of a building and there is no elevator. If you need assistance, please reach out :)
