We will explore the many uses of a journal, from helping you to remember important events to inspiring choreography and other art forms.
You may be writing your first entry or you may have notebooks piled to the ceiling. Whether you are a novice or a veteran, exploring the joys of journaling will be illuminating, life-enhancing, and entertaining.
