Ink Painting

This workshop is inspired by Chinese painting and reflects the ancient love of nature.

Students will learn and master the basics of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, using simple but expressive brush strokes.

We will learn about Ink and its difference from other water media as well as some similarities with watercolour work modes.

We will try to simplify the methods of applying ink to create effective images FAST!

The class is designed for beginners and up.

All Materials are provided.

Larissa Rogacheva, is an acomplished artist and tutor and she will take you through the process so that you too can paint stunning watercolourwash with ink sketches.
