The Roanoke Valley SPCA and Electric Eye Custom Tattoos are partnering for a fun-filled flash tattoo event, where part of the sales will be donated to help the pets at the Roanoke Valley SPCA. This event is from 12:00PM to 7:00PM on Saturday, April 5th. The event is:
Walk-ins / first-come, first-served (no advance appointments).
Cash only (cost of $100-$200 depending on design).
Arms and Legs only.
Choose from animal-related flash tattoos made for this event, or any flash from previous events (proceeds still go to the Roanoke Valley SPCA if you choose different flash). Electric Eye will post sneak previews of flash a few days in advance.
