INJOY | Emotion in Motion

INJOY is a 90 minute revolutionary movement- based experience designed to empower you to embody the full spectrum of human emotions. This workshop is not just about physical fitness; its about emotional fitness!

You will be led through a journey of intentional sweat-inducing structured movement and dance as well as mindful sound and breath, as a means to help you purposefully evoke, explore, and befriend your inner emotional landscape with music weaving a collective experience.

We believe that by embracing our feelings, we can harness their power as fuel for personal growth and transformation.
