Let the kids see how adults breathe, move and meditate and watch them transform one practice at a time as they absorb the ancient practice of yoga.
Yoga helps develop coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety, hyper activity and mood regulation.
Kids are welcome to practice alongside parents or let them play and color in our chill pocket playroom while you practice nearby.
All ages and levels welcome.
