Those involved in bidding for public sector contracts where broader outcomes (including decarbonisation and climate change initiatives) are anticipated, together with their comms & marketing functions need to be able to authentically articulate and document all the moving parts of their organisations’ sustainability journey.

In the battle for talent, their people and capability teams and learning and development teams need to also understand to assist with recruitment and retention of particularly younger staff, who like all stakeholders, are increasingly seeking meaning and purpose in their roles and want their employers and managers to be leading on these issues.
