New Moons are a time of relax and reset, and the November New Moon one week before Thanksgiving is a great time to pause and give yourself some rest! The added heat from the infrared will create an extra cozy environment, so you can simply show up and surrender!Join us on Thursday, November 20th, for Infrared Restorative Roll Out & Yoga Nidra! You'll spend the first half hour learning how to use massage balls under the infrared heating for self trigger-point & myofascial release. This will prepare the body for the deeper 50-60 minute guided meditation to follow known as "Sleep Yoga". This is a practice where you convince your mind and body into thinking you've slept for nearly 3 hours! If you need rest, this is the class for you!
Yoga Nidra also provides an opportunity to create a "Sankalpa". In Yoga, we use this "envisioned intention" during the sleep practice to help co-create and manifest our reality!
This experience takes place on Thursday, November 20th, from 6:30-8pm.
