Join Paulo and Andrea for this unique take on a relaxing sound bath with infrared light therapy. Be soothed in a serene environment, engaging the subconscious mind.You can enjoy this with eyes open or closed as the light creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the sound bath.
The light show will be combined with sound healing to relax the body, calm the mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems. We will also use infrared therapy which has many healing properties for the human body, including detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure.
Using Quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind.
