Join us on Fridays at 11 am for Infrared Recovery Yoga at SunWater Spa.We use far infrared yoga mats during these restorative sessions to add a relaxing warmth to the body and muscles. These mats aid in reducing inflammation and boosting your immune system. We also incorporate our collection of crystal singing bowls into these special classes.
Don't forget your water bottle! We'll provide the mats and props.
