About the instructor:
Leah Lemelin, CPD, MMI, supports expectant mothers and families in knowledge and preparation for birth and beyond with steadiness, clarity, and deep self-trust. With over two decades of experience in mindfulness, education, and perinatal care, she integrates evidence-based childbirth education with embodied awareness—helping families balance information in the mind and confidence in the heart and body as they evolve on their parenting path.

As a mother and experienced doula, Leah creates grounded, compassionate spaces where families feel informed, capable, and supported in making aligned decisions for their unique needs, one at a time. Through The Heart of Birth programs, she guides, coaches and mentors caregivers, families and providers of all types through their unique experience, anchoring calm, trusted connection and inner knowing as we expand our families and lives in the direction we desire.
